Cambridge City School District prides itself on making sure our students and teachers have the most up-to-date technology available to use in our school buildings. 

District educators use state-of-the-art interactive displays in their classrooms. Students use Chromebooks and innovative technology – like 3D printers and laser printers -- on a daily basis. Now, the district is upgrading the technology we ask our parents to use to enroll and register their students. 

The school district moved from a paper-and-pencil registration process to an online student registration/enrollment system three years ago and is now upgrading to a more user-friendly and efficient platform called FinalForms. 

FinalForms is designed to provide schools with streamlined registration and enrollment solutions. FinalForms provides a better student enrollment and re-enrollment experience for parents and staff.

Parents grow tired of entering information multiple times for multiple children and repeating the process year-after-year and season-after-season. FinalForms reduces the workload of parents and staff members alike. 

“We implemented an online registration and enrollment solution a few years ago, which met some of our needs,” Superintendent Dan Coffman said. “Now, we are implementing a new platform that will make the annual enrollment process easier and more efficient for both the parents and staff members.”

Cambridge School District has already begun using the new platform on a limited basis and will start using FinalForms exclusively in the coming weeks when the kindergarten registration and the open enrollment periods begin. 

Links on the district website (www.cambridgecityshools.org) have been updated to connect site visitors to the new registration/enrollment platform. More information will be provided as the new FinalForms platform is implemented.
