Cambridge City School District is accepting Kindergarten registration for the 2021-2022 school year.
If your child is age-eligible for Kindergarten – five years old by August 1 – registration packets can be picked up at the Garfield Administrative Center, located at 518 South 8th Street, Cambridge, Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the front entrance.
Upon receiving the registration packet, parents should fill out the forms in the packet and make copies of the other required documentation:
- Student’s Official Birth Certificate
- Student’s Current Shot Records
- Parent’s Proof of Residence (a utility bill or lease agreement)
- Legal Custody Papers for student (if applicable)
Completed forms and copies should be returned to the Garfield Administrative Center during the above listed hours. Copies of documents can be made at the district office when you return the packet.
Please ring the doorbell at the Garfield Administrative Center when you return your child’s registration packet. You will receive a FREE Bobcat Bag filled with many specially chosen goodies for you and your child to enjoy over the summer.
