As the start of the 2024-2025 school year approaches, Cambridge City School District encourages parents to visit the district website, create a FinalForms account if you have not done so already, add your student(s) and update your students’ forms.
FinalForms is a new platform the district implemented this year and is designed to provide schools with streamlined registration and enrollment solutions. FinalForms provides a better student enrollment and re-enrollment experience for parents and staff.
“We implemented an online registration and enrollment solution a few years ago, which met some of our needs,” Superintendent Dan Coffman said. “Now, we are implementing a new platform that will make the annual enrollment process easier and more efficient for both the parents and staff members.”
To create a FinalForms account, go to the district website and click on the FinalForms link found in a Bobcat pawprint.
When directed to the FinalForms website, click the “NEW ACCOUNT” icon, enter your name, birthday, and email, and then click “REGISTER.” You will receive an account confirmation email. Once you located the account confirmation email, open the email and click “CONFIRM YOUR ACCOUNT.”
Next, create your new FinalForms password and click “CONFIRM ACCOUNT.” You can then begin to add your students by clicking on “ADD STUDENT.”
Once you have added your student(s), please complete each form, and sign your full name in the parent signature field on each page. When you have signed each page, click the “SUBMIT FORM” and move to the page.
Cambridge School District has already begun using the new platform with fall sports athletes and open enrolled students and will start using FinalForms exclusively in the coming weeks.
